Wailea Palms

Wailea Palms is located on a gentle slope high above Wailea Kai, bordering Papali Wailea in the north and the Palms At Wailea in the south. The elevation guarantees for excellent ocean views from a number of units.

The superior metal and wood-frame construction is finished with concrete plaster and tiled roof. One and two-bedroom floor plans in Wailea Palms are offering 2 or 3 bathrooms, ranging from 1022 to almost 1700 square feet. The layout and details were ahead of their time when designed and built in the early 90s.

Wailea Palms was previously known as Palms At Wailea phase 2. Hence, buildings are numbered from 24 through 38. Together with the name change to Wailea Palms, the original blue awning was replaced with a burgundy red awning. Since 2009, this is a gated complex and unlike the Palms At Wailea, vacation rentals are not allowed.
